    I rooted my phone and it was perfect. But because of some complications while trying to install V4A that messed up WiFi first and then messaging, I had to flash stock ROM again. Now my bootlocker is unlocked but I have stock recovery. I want to install TWRP now, but when I boot into bootloader and run the commands, it says that fastboot command is not recognized. What can I do from here?

    this prosidur is not working on my one plus 5t oreo , fastboot oem unlock commands is not geting recognised what shoul i do , serached for a solution almost everywhere i possibly can but didnt get a fruitfull answer yet hope to get a reply from you
