    Sir ,
    Maine mi ka mi a1 purchase kiya + mi protect b purchase kiya mi ki hi site se ... 25 Dec ko mere mobile ki screet break ho gai aur mai aisi jagah tracking k liye gya tha jha se contact nhi ho sakta ...
    1jan ko mne company(one assist) mai call ki unhone ye bola ki hmari Terms and conditions ye hai ki 48 hours se pehle inform krna pdta hai damage k .
    aisi important condition pehle toh unhone insurance purchase time top condition mai likhi nhi ... aur likha tha call any time to claim ..... further company bolti hai aap apni claim ki process proceed keejiye aise bhaut se customer hote hai jinka delay hone pe b accept hota hai claim ... aur fir claim confirm. ho gya bol k mobile b pick liya 10 din baad ab call I hai ki aapka claim reject ho gya hai... aur Mene pucha aise customers ki geniu excuse bta deejiye jinka claim accept hua hai ... bhaut hi rudely bolte hai aisa kabhi hota hi nhi hai delay mai hmesha reject hota hai....

    aur sir mujhe kya krna chahiye ye b bta deejiye
