I'm afraid you guys have to wait for more than 3 years before the whole MI system is established in India. Even today we Chinese still have to tolerate the flash sales, let alone India. Additonal 1000-2000 in black market is understandable, in China it will be 3000+.
Im a mi fan of products but not service , it's time consuming at service centres, some times token no is not provided due to late coming or even if provided they tell come next day. Horrible service , and even after repairing at service centres if my mobile not work they said they will take service charge and repair cost otherwise they will not return the devise. They don't take any responsibility for handling the device at the time of repairing . Even if they broke my screen at the time of repairing I have to pay for that. Its annoying , that's why I only purchase Mi product assuming No warranty is offered. And there damage protection services even worse. Sorry Xiaomi if compare Samsung service with Your you get 1 Samsung get 9 out of ten
Hope someone like honor will become no.1 in india so xiaomi can really think about its costumer's Xiaomi on a path to become another micromax Its been 3 months still can't buy note 5 pro bcoz of 1 sec flash sale Hope our corrupt govt would do something about costumer's loyalty If u.s.a can ban ZTE for 7 years why dont india?? Hi ranjit, have been watching your videos often good reviews like them. Recently my mi note 3 stopped working and got to know from service centre(authorised) that motherboard has gone. So I was not happy with MI as it’s not good for a brand phone with less than 2yrs to stop working that too because of mother board. So I would like to go with standard brands like Motorola, Samsung and lg in the mid range. Can I have a comparison video of Samsung on next,moot G5’s and lg q6. I hope you got what I’m looking for - a mid range standard phone that goes for long with out any issues with reasonable performance.
I have bought redmi note 5 from the mi store. In the days 10 of receiving the phone the screen became black and an abnormal display. Sir please suggest me now what to do and will they replace my phone?please answer sir....

I don't think Xiaomi cares about these issues. They are already having good times. Until they are thrown away, they will continue to escape the in warranty services. Anyway thanks for making the customers aware.
Thank you for raising such issue, I recently visited a MI service center regarding the change of the 3.5MM jack of my Xiaomi Phone, but the service center guy told me that company didn't provide such parts, you will be required to change the motherboard if you want to get your audio jack fixed. Even when I talked to MI customer care executive on phone, the person on the call told me that please visit the nearest service center and get the particular part replaced, don't know whether the service center guys or the customer care executives, who are trying to make the customers fool.
I m agreed with you about the flash sale but about the warranty i m not agreed with you because they didn't ask about warranty card they simply checked mobile ime number by dial the number.
I got my redmi 4 screen repaired back a few months ago from mi official service center.Experience was good and they also provided a 3 month warranty on any defect in the screen
I also had bad experience of their sevice center. From that time I didn't bought their phone and suggest my friends and relatives to think about other brands
Lenovo is worse @geekyranjit.. There was a slight dent in the edge of the glass.. The issue was the phone was not turning on(mostly motherboard issue) They denied the warranty for an issue which was no where related to the screen. I tried different service centre.. Tried to raise a complaint.. but it was in vain
This is the only thing they product sale at low price but when you go to service centre all are unorganized and unprofessional employees. Better by some reputed Companies mobile so at least you will not face issues during warranty period. What if you buy a phone and it's stop working in 2 days and you don't have that manual book? You gone, money gone and no refund. Beware of this brands.
The fact that warranty is denied because of box or manual is not true.
